There isn't anything wrong with taking an interest in ourselves, but when we also take an interest in others, we worry less about ourselves.

Our Bible verse says, "Don’t look out only for your own interests but take an interest in others, too" Philippians 2:4 NLT.

I find it interesting that the Bible doesn't always give a reason why you should do something. This Bible verse is like that. However, if we want to be happy and worry less, this is one way to do it. Don't only be concerned about our own interests but take an interest in others.
