It's so important what we constantly think about. If we want to have a good life, we can't constantly think negative thoughts.
Our Bible verse says, Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:8 NLT
The Bible tells us the things we should fix our thoughts on. As far as I can tell these are all positive and worthy of praise.
