When You Go Through

Whether we like it or not, we will all have storms. It's not a matter of if but when. When we do, we can trust God to help us go through them. And I might add to pray to keep a good attitude.

Our Bible verse says. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. Isaiah 43:2 NLT

When we go through life's trials and troubles, we can keep faith that God will be with us. Knowing we are not alone should help us to remain calm and maintain a good attitude.

Whatever You Need

Whatever you need, God will give it to you. Do you need strength, wisdom, or peace? Ask God, and He will provide you with whatever you need. What a fantastic way to live!

Our Bible verse is one of my favorites. I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13

We all need strength to live our daily lives. Whatever we are going through, Christ will give us the strength we need.

The Next Time

We all will have difficulties in life. But I have found when I go through something challenging with God's help, He gives me strength, and the next time something happens, it doesn't bother me as much.

Our Bible verse says. Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and harden you to difficulties. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My victorious right hand of rightness and justice. Isaiah 41:10

We have nothing to fear when God is with us. He will strengthen us and harden us to difficulties. He will surely help and hold us up with His victorious right hand!

God will give you the strength you need to get through your situation. Trust Him.

Slam The Door!

I didn't know for many years that I could choose my thoughts. When negative thoughts came knocking, I didn't realize I could slam the door and not allow them to enter.

Our Bible verses opened my eyes. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Philippians 4:8 NIV Put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. Philippians 4:9

This verse showed me I could slam the door on negative thinking and think good thoughts. But to do it, I needed to put it into practice. If I did, God's peace would be with me.

Negativity may knock at your door, but that doesn't mean you must let it in.

Dangerous Trap

When we replace worrying about other people's thoughts about us with trusting the Lord, we won't fall into a dangerous trap. I had never considered it a dangerous trap, but it is. It's a trap and a prison some people live in.

Our Bible verse says. Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but trusting the LORD means safety. Proverbs 29:25 NLT

We can live a life of safety when we trust the LORD. Fearing people is nothing but a dangerous trap. Trust the LORD!

God Is Always Working

Just because you don't see anything happening doesn't mean God is not working. ~ Inspirational Quotes ~

We can rest assured, even when we are down to nothing, that God is up to something. He is always working. Sometimes, we get discouraged when we don't see anything happening, but that doesn't mean God is not working. He most definitely is.

Our Bible verse says. But Jesus replied, "My Father is always working, and so am I." John 5:17 NLT

There we have it. God the Father is always working, and so is Jesus God the Son.

Just because you don't see anything happening doesn't mean God is not working.

Peace Is Power

If we want power in our lives, we need to keep the strife out! So many things can cause us to be upset. But we need to take responsibility and do our part to stay in peace. When we remain in peace and do not take the bait of irritation, this is where our power lies.

Our Bible verse says. Now, may the Lord of peace Himself give you His peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all. 2 Thessalonians 3:16 NLT

We can ask the Lord to give us His peace and help us stay in peace at all times in every situation.
