I believe it's very important to watch our thoughts and words. It's not always easy, but I think if we do, we can have a more peaceful life.
Our Bible verse says. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14 NLT
We can pray this prayer that our words and the things we think about over and over will be pleasing to the LORD.
