Did you know that it's impossible to worry and trust God at the same time? ~ Don't Stress. Trust God. Quotes ~

I hadn't thought of this before. However, I have noticed that when I choose to put something in God's hands and trust Him, I stop worrying. So this quote makes sense to me.

Our Bible verse says. Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you. 1 Peter 5:7 NLT

There we have it! We should give all of our worries and cares to God. Why? Because He cares for us.
