Be Still

There are times when our minds are going 100 miles an hour. When this happens, we can relax, be still, and put our hope in God. Something positive happens to our emotions when we do this.

Our Bible verses say. And so, Lord, where do I put my hope? My only hope is in you. Psalm 39:7 NLT: Be still, and know that I am God! Psalm 46:10

When our hope is in God, we can relax, knowing He is in control.

I will be still and know that You are my God.
